- Archive data to reference past dictation - We keep all files archived for later retrieval.
- Custom fonts and formats available - We will customize your dictation to be in the format to which you are accustomed.
- Referral/Cover Letters - Can be provided for office notes sent to referring doctors. At your request, we can automatically generate cover/referral letters. No need to dictate each letter.
- Not dictated sheet - Immediately informs office staff when a note is missed so it may be completed while the visit is still fresh in your mind.
- Dictation Summary Sheet - An optional convenient report that lists a complete summary of what is included in the file being delivered.
- Labels - Can be provided for Internet or hardcopy delivery.
