No.  We are so convinced that once you try our service you will never leave that we do not require a contract unless, of course, you would like one.
How do doctors access the digital phone-in dictation system?:
Users can dictate via any touch-tone telephone, including in-house extensions, local phones, office phones, or cell phones.  Once you are setup, you will receive a PIN number that you will enter at the beginning of the dictation to identify yourself.  The setup process takes a matter of minutes. 
How do I get started with your service?:
You can be dictating minutes after you initially Contact Us. With just some basic information and examples of your formats, we can begin transcribing for you immediately.
How long will you archive past dictations?:
We will archive past dictations indefinitely. They will be kept for 2 years on our system and then backed up onto other media for indefinite storage. 
How much do you charge?:

How often do you bill?:
We can bill on a weekly, bi-weekly, or a monthly basis, depending on your volume and your preference. 
On which formats will you accept dictation?:
  • Digital Files:
    • If you have a digital handheld recorder, we can transcribe files from most major brands of digital handhelds.
    • We can provide an Olympus DS-3000 digital handheld recorder for your use.  The Olympus DS-3000 is a top-of-the-line digital recorder that we provide as one of our 'value-added services.'  There is a minimum volume requirement to qualify for the Olympus recorder.  Most doctors who do a typical amount of dictation will qualify for this offer.  Please Contact Us today to get the full details and to see if you qualify.
  • Phone-in dictation - You can phone your dictation from any telephone using our digital phone-in system.
  • Tapes - We have the ability to transcribe all tape sizes.
What kind of delivery options do you have?:
We can electronically deliver your dictation to you via our Secure Internet delivery (preferred method.)  We can also delivery your hardcopy in person (limited to the Greater Pittsburgh area), by U.S. Mail, or by FedEx (minimum volume required.)  There is no additional cost for any of the above delivery options.
What type of word processing software do you use?:
We use Microsoft Word, which is easily converted into many other word processing formats. 
Who is responsible for telephone charges for your phone-in dictation?:
We provide an 800 number for out-of-town doctors.
